what I love most about this blog is the titles. “Just try & get it” is a perfect and well-chosen title for the picture. I know how it’d feel if someone approaches the kid trying to steal his sandwich, it’s suicidal. Thanks for sharing, thumbs up. 🙂
I am always tempted to wipe the crumbs or jam from my granddaughter’s chin when taking a photo. I see from this, however, that the crumbs tell a story. Like it.
What a precious little boy and the expression on his face, is priceless. Harold, you manage to get some totally unbelievable shots. I LOVE where your eye wanders and sees. xx Amy
Thank you dear Amy! As you know all to well, when you shoot photography from the heart, and not so much from the technical, you often an pull off some touching images. I try to shoot photography that moves me. Sometimes I make it happen. Sometimes not.
I understand, Harold. I shoot from the Heart as well. Muy camera is in some way very connected to me, and when I am having a challenging day, the images just aren’t “there”. Strange but true. I see YOUR Heart in your photos, and that is what makes them SO powerful. Thank you, for being you in a world that doesn’t understand “coming from the Heart”. Love, and (((HUGS))) Amy
Harold…..what an expression. I recognized that little guy at once. See photo below. I like your “up close and personal” better. 🙂 You caught him in a serious moment. Maybe he realized that cookie would be “all gone” soon. 🙂
Hi Terry! I was wondering if you would remember this little guy at the Farmer’s Market. He, and his little sister, were just too much. Chocolate everywhere. By the way, I did not get your photo of this little guy. An image does not come through when you comment on Through Harold’s Lens. You’ll have to send it to me at haroldgreen40@gmail.com.

Thanks. The crumbs give the image character and tell the story. He’s already sampled the goodies and wants the rest. All of i!

Oh Cynthia… it was fun, but I know he was daring me to try to take his cookie as I was trying to distract him with my camera.
